04/27/2016 to 04/28/2016: intermittent Login and Upload Failures
Users are experiencing intermittent issues with video uploads and app login due to an Amazon Server load balance issue.
The issue was identified at 7PM PST on 04/27/2016, at which time we put a fix in place from the STEM side. Unfortunately, it can take up to 24 hours for those changes to fully deploy. We expect complete resolution by 7PM PST 04/28/2016.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Update 04/28/2016 @ 9:50am PST: We're happy to report that the issue should be fully resolved. If you continue to experience problems with account login or upload and playback of new videos, please contact customer support.
