Changes to router, modem, service provider, Wi-Fi name or password

Your IZON camera is secured to both your IZON account and the wireless network it communicates on. Wireless network changes that alter settings such as the name or password require the camera to be reset and then re-added, using the new network information.

Please keep in mind that resetting or making changes to your router settings may have unintended consequences. If you have questions or concerns, please consult your router manufacturer or ISP before making any changes.
