Adding a Camera Manually: What if my Wi-Fi network isn't in the list?
If you are attempting to add a camera manually, and you do not see your network in the list of available networks, you may have a couple options:
- Make sure your network is compatible with your IZON camera.
- You may attempt to reset the camera and add it again
If you have already tried these options, then you may enter your network configuration manually using the Other Network option:
The IZON app will then ask you to provide the Wi-Fi details manually. Input your Wi-Fi network name (SSID), and select the type of security used on your network to reveal the password fields. Complete the form to submit the Wi-Fi information to your camera and finalize activation.
