Request Copies of Video

Your video events are safely stored on an Amazon S3 server. You'll need to submit a request to download and export them.
 
To prevent accidental deletion, lock the video(s) you'd like to have exported. Deleted videos are irretrievable.
 
To retrieve your video(s) we need the following:
  • A screenshot of your Alert List with the requested video in view.
  • Camera Name
  • Date and Time of video
  • Stem username
We have to locate and downloaded these videos one at a time, so please be patient with us as we collect what you need. Once we collect them, we'll email them back to you. The collection process is time consuming, so please try to keep your requests to less than 10 videos.
 
If you were not able to view a video in the app, there is no video stored on the server for us to retrieve. Please limit your requests to recordings for which there is video.
