Adding a Camera Manually: What if my Wi-Fi network isn't in the list?

If you are attempting to add a camera manually, and you do not see your network in the list of available networks, you may have a couple options:

If you have already tried these options, then you may enter your network configuration manually using the Other Network option:

The IZON app will then ask you to provide the Wi-Fi details manually. Input your Wi-Fi network name (SSID), and select the type of security used on your network to reveal the password fields. Complete the form to submit the Wi-Fi information to your camera and finalize activation. If you are still unable to connect your camera to your Wi-Fi network, see troubleshooting your network configuration.
