Remove an IZON Camera From an Account

To remove a camera that is accessible:

  • Open the camera's settings page and select "Remove Camera".
  • Select "Yes" to remove the camera.
  • The app will confirm the camera's successful deletion and the camera's restoration to factory settings.

To remove an inaccessible camera:

  • Access the delete icon:
    • iOS: Horizontally swipe the camera's cell in the Accounts screen to display a red "x".
    • Android: Long-press (hold your finger for 2 sec and release) the camera's cell in the Accounts screen to display a red "x".
  • Select the red "x" and follow instructions for camera reset.
